1. Shipment Processing Time
We will process and prepare your order for shipping within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer. The estimated delivery time is within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship all orders via our trusted shipping partners UPS and FedEx. All orders are shipped securely packaged to protect the item.

Just in case your purchase is not what you are 100% satisfied with, so we offer a 30-day free return window. (Resale, Clearance, Last Chance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.)

1. Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before delivery has been made.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email hello@artleon.com to start the return process. Please provide proof of purchase.

You may return it in accordance with the following conditions:

a. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
b. The return service is currently available to the continental United States orders only.
c. The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual.
d. Art Leon reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
