But just in case your purchase is not what you are 100% satisfied with, so we offer a 30-day free return window. (Resale, Clearance, Last Chance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.) Below is a detailed policy that outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our website:

Please note: Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging, it will not be able to return.



Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before delivery has been made.

Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will try out best to cancel the delivery and we will charge a processing fee. However, if it is not possible to cancel the delivery you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) unless you keep it if you change your mind. If you refuse it, you also will be charged a processing fee. (Processing fee: 3.4% for credit card users, 4.5% for PayPal users, 5.19% for Klarna users). Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.

You may return it in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. The return service is currently available to the continental United States orders only.
  3. The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual.
  4. Art Leon reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

Important: Consumers will not be charged a return fee for the first return of an order. If a second return is initiated on the same order, the customer will be charged a return fee.



Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
