Is the seat width ok for all-sized adults?

Are the legs screw-in? Are they removable?

  • The legs are hidden in the bed itself. You just unzip the compartment and you pull the legs into place.

Is it possible to provide the assembly instructions and a list of parts for the product?

Do I need to pay for shipping?

  • We offer free shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you ship to Canada / Mexico/ Australia?

  • Our orders only are shipped to the continental United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories). And currently, we also do not ship to other countries. If customers outside the continental United States need to purchase, please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that may apply to their purchase.

Can I purchase extra accessories?

  • We are currently unable to sell accessories individually. However, if you need something, please feel free to contact us and we'll check to see if we have what you need.

How do I confirm my order?

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking information. You also can enter your order number and email to check your order status on our track your order page.

Would there be any charges for returning an item?
