Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before the order has been shipped.
Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the package upon arrival. Please do not open the package if you intend to refuse delivery. If cancellation is requested after shipment has started, a reasonable processing fee may apply based on payment processing costs already incurred. Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
Return shipping fees:
- If the customer needs to initiate a return for personal reasons, you will need to pay for the return shipping. The return shipping cost will be based on the carrier's actual rates.
- If the return is due to product defects, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping. We will provide a return label for eligible returns.

You may return the item under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The return service is currently available to orders within the continental United States only.
- The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual.
- Art Leon reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund. We will discuss a partial refund with you based on the actual condition of the product. Please contact our customer service team at hello@artleon.com.
- A natural leather scent may be present after unpacking due to the characteristics of genuine leather and the manufacturing process. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated area before use. If you experience any concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- If you experience any product issues, such as missing parts or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
