Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before the order has been shipped.
Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the package upon arrival. Please do not open the package if you intend to refuse delivery. Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
Return shipping fees:
- If the customer needs to initiate a return for personal reasons, you will need to pay for the return shipping. The return shipping cost will be based on the carrier's actual rates.
- If the return is due to product defects, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping. We will provide a return label for eligible returns.

- A natural leather scent may be present after unpacking due to the characteristics of genuine leather and the manufacturing process. Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
