Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) will begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date your order is placed. 

All delivery dates are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and other factors. 

Please note that during peak periods, holidays or adverse weather conditions, there may be delays in delivery times; we will notify you promptly. For orders consisting of multiple cartons, deliveries may occur on different days (due to logistical reasons beyond our control).

Shipping Cost

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States - with no minimum order value.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. 
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces addresses (including APO/FPO/DPO).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before the order has been shipped.

Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the package upon arrival. Please do not open the package if you intend to refuse delivery. Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.

Return shipping fees & How to return?

• For returns due to product defects, shipping damage, or an incorrect item received: We will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send it to your email address. You can download and print the label and use it to return the item at no cost to you.
• For returns due to personal reasons: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may arrange your own shipping method, or you may request a return shipping label from us. If we provide the label, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost is based on the carrier's actual rates.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

You may return the item under the following conditions:

1. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual.
3. Art Leon reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
4. To receive a full refund, items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and manuals included. If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of wear not caused by our error, customer support will evaluate the condition and contact you regarding any applicable deduction before issuing the remaining refund. 5. A natural leather scent may be present after unpacking due to the characteristics of genuine leather and the manufacturing process. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated area before use. If you experience any concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. If you experience any product issues, such as missing parts or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
