Please note: Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging.

Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before the order has been shipped.

Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the package upon arrival.
