We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that resale and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Below is a detailed policy that outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our website:

Please note: Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging.

Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before the order has been shipped.

Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will make every effort to stop the delivery. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the package upon arrival. Please do not open the package if you intend to refuse delivery. Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.

Return shipping fees & How to return?

• For returns due to product defects, shipping damage, or an incorrect item received: We will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send it to your email address. You can download and print the label and use it to return the item at no cost to you.
