Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before delivery has been made.
Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will try our best to cancel the delivery. However, if it is not possible to cancel the delivery, you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) unless you keep it if you change your mind. If you refuse it, you also will be charged a processing fee. If cancellation is requested after shipment has started, a reasonable processing fee may apply based on payment processing costs already incurred. Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
Return shipping fees:
- If the customer needs to initiate a return for personal reasons, you will need to pay for the return shipping. The specific fee should be based on the express company's rates.
- If the return is due to product defects, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping. We will provide a return label for eligible returns.

You may return it under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The return service is currently available to orders within the continental United States only.
- The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual.
- Art Leon reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

- A natural leather odor may occur due to the manufacturing process. This is a normal characteristic of the product's manufacturing process. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated area before use. If you experience any concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- If you experience any product issues, such as missing parts or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
